Rooftop Pods
Antennas and wireless equipment are often mounted on a rooftop, and potentially in commercial districts where camouflage is a must. When a screen wall or faux chimney isn’t possible in a rooftop installation, a pod is an ideal solution. Contact us for more information on our ballasted pod products.
- Two standard ballasted pod frames are offered for A/E firms
- Can be designed as roof penetrating or non-penetrating (ballasted)
- Accommodates not only the antennas but also the radomes to conceal them
- Ventilated or perforated radomes are available to prevent overheating when using Remote Radio Units (RRUs) or Remote Radio Heads (RRHs)
