Constantinos Apostolidis is the founder of Raycap Corporation. He is a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, School of Chemical Engineering, Mining and Metallurgy Department. He received his MBA from Harvard University and his MSc in Engineering/Hydrometallurgy from McGill University. Prior to founding Raycap, he worked for Raychem Corporation from 1979 to 1987 and for Noranda Mines Canada from 1974 to 1977. |

Penny Apostolidis is the co-founder of Raycap Corporation. She holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Athens. She received her MSc from the University of Essex and conducted research at the University of Cambridge. |

Efthimios Vidalis graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Government and earned an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He is the CEO of S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. Prior to S&B he had a more than 20 years career at Owens Corning, USA, where he held General Management positions including Vice President of the European Reinforcement business, 1986-1993, President of the Global Composites business, 1994. After 1994, he led the Composites and later the Insulation Business Units. He is Vice Chairman of the Greek Mining Enterprises Association, member of the General Council of the Federation of Greek Industries, Chairman and board member of subsidiary companies of the S&B Group, and member of the Board of TITAN S.A., and Harvard University.

Gerald Delaney holds a BSc from the University of California, Berkeley. He has also completed the AMP program at Harvard University. He spent 35 years with Raychem Corporation where he became a Vice President. During his career at Raychem he held several positions in international locations including Singapore, Belgium and Japan.

Prior to joining Raycap, he worked as Telecommunications Section Manager for the Olympic Games Organizing Committee Athens 2004 from 2000 to 2002. Previously, he worked in various positions for Siemens from 1991 to 2000. |

Alexis Antonopoulos holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Athens and a MSc in Optoelectronics from the University of St Andrews. Prior to joining Raycap, he was working as a Sales and Contract Manager for Ericsson Hellas SA, as a Business Development Manager in SSA S.A from 2003 to 2005, as a Sales Engineer for Philips Hellas S.A. from 2001 to 2003 and as a Research Fellow for British Telecom Labs in 1999.

Tassos Fragos is a graduate of the University of Athens, School of Physics. He holds a PhD in Optical Communications and a MSc in Optoelectronics and Laser Devices from the University of Glasgow. Prior to joining Raycap he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Foundation of Research Technology Hellas (FORTH). Previously, following the completion of his PhD, he worked as a Research Assistant in a European Space Research Technology (ESTEC) project in Glasgow.

Spyros Economou is a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, Mining and Metallurgical Engineering Department. He is a Philosophy Doctor in Materials Science from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. Prior to joining Raycap, he has worked at PyroGenesis (Montreal and Lavrio, 2000-2004), CERECO (Chalkida, 1998-1999) and CPERI (Thessaloniki, 1997). In 1992, he has worked at Drexel University (Philadelphia, USA) as Visiting Scientist. Dr. Economou has been at the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Ceramic Society (1999-2000). He is an Expert in Materials Science and Environment Projects at the Ministry of Development (2002-today).
