Additionally, the company manufactures and supports advanced products for telecommunications and energy networks, for electrical protection, as well as electronic and defense applications. In order to maintain its current competitive position, Raycap has developed long-term strategic partnerships with international corporations, such as Tyco Electronics (fixed-line telecommunications and energy networks), Andrew Corporation (wireless telecommunications networks), Vinci Group’s Hydroplus (hydroelectric projects and water and irrigation dams), Power One (power systems for telecommunications networks) and Siemens (fixed-line telecommunications). With respect for the environment and recognizing its social responsibility, Raycap invested more than €18 million the last three years in human resources, state-of-the-art technologies, modern equipment, automation systems, and research and development (R&D) programs. The R&D programs are based on technological and market needs that are provided from Raycap’s worldwide sales network. Therefore, new advanced products resulting from research efforts become commercially successful within a short time, providing a competitive advantage to Raycap. The company exports to 52 countries in Europe, America, Africa and Asia represent 75% of its total sales. Raycap has five subsidiaries in USA, Romania, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Serbia.
